My PC has been experiencing multiple issues over the past month. These problems appear linked, and I haven't found a resolution. About two weeks ago, my CPU cooler began shutting down unexpectedly—both the pump and fans ceased functioning, causing the screen to go black. After replacing the SATA power cable with an unused one, the cooler no longer powers off. Recently, another problem has emerged: I encounter BSODs during game launches, such as CS2. Each incident results in a random blue screen error, and my computer restarts immediately afterward. The most frequent errors reported are KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, and UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION. Sometimes the BSOD occurs right at game startup, while other times it happens only when I'm inside a game.

System details:
CPU: Ryzen 9 7900X
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken Elite 280
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B650E-E (BIOS version: 3057)
RAM: DOMINATOR® PLATINUM RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 DRAM 5600MT/s CL36 Memory Kit
GPU: ROG Asus Strix 3080 12 GB
SSD: Samsung 990 PRO 2TB M.2 SSD
PSU: Cooler Master V850 SFX Gold Full Modular
Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic Mini
OS: Windows (24H2 Build 26100.4351)

Looking through your specs, the sweet spot for AM5's platform is DDR5-6000MHz or slightly higher with tight latencies, with AMD's E.X.P.O advertised on it's packaging/product site.
You forgot to mention the make and model of your motherboard? Please include the BIOS version for said motehrboard.
As for your GPU/PSU, people who owned an RTX 3000 series GPU were advised to overprovision;

...in your instance, you should've gone with a 1KW unit.
SSD: Samsung 990 PRO 2TB M.2 SSD
Check to see if your SSD is pending a firmware update.
You should include the .dmp files for us to look through. Host them on a site akin to DropBox and then pass on a link here.

I added motherboard details to my original post. I also intend to replace my PSU with a 1000–1200W model next weekend, hoping it’s the issue before doing so. Regarding the DMP files, I haven’t received any new ones since I think my PC freezes on the blue screen. Also, I’ve updated my SSD firmware.

To update this matter, I managed to run games for roughly ten days straight without any BSOD. Still, it would reappear each time I played CS2—typically during the middle of a match or on the menu screen. This hasn’t happened with any other titles.
I upgraded my BIOS to version 3265 for my ASUS B650E-E Strix and began exploring various online suggestions, but nothing has resolved the issue. Recently, I watched this YouTube video (verifier application):
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2b282yd40WI
After finishing the first segment and restarting my PC, I encountered a "SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" error. This time it reached 100%, unlike the earlier BSODs. I had to boot into Safe Mode and recover the system, as it would immediately blue screen upon startup after that.
The minidump indicates FACEIT Anti-Cheat might be responsible, so I plan to uninstall it to check if it fixes the problem. I haven’t used FACEIT in about a year, which suggests this could be the cause. From what I remember, the BSOD only appears when playing CS2. I’ll continue testing to confirm.
