My computer fails to power on initially, but after a restart it boots normally and runs the operating system as expected. This issue occurs repeatedly, requiring a forced shutdown. I've set the default BIOS but it doesn't resolve the problem. The display remains completely black.

Specific details:
- Processor: i5 12450H
- RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200 MHz (16x2)
- Graphics: Intel UHD
- Storage: WD Blue SN580 1TB UEFI
- BIOS: AMI

My laptop
What is the make, model and SKU to your laptop?
This happens all the time and I have to force shutdown
Maybe you should try and source a spare drive, install the OS anew in offline mode and see if the issue persists.
This is an uncommon laptop so I won't provide the model.
Well, then check to see if the laptop has any BIOS updates pending.

This one might be the power adapter. If it's covered by warranty, reach out to the seller.
