Ram Temp
How is this even possible? The other one reached a maximum of 40.
It looks like the sensor isn't capturing temperatures accurately. It's really surprising it can't reach 245°C. What's going on with the readings?
HWMonitor often gives incorrect sensor readings; consider HWiNFO instead. Many PMICs also have temperature inaccuracies, reporting temperatures that differ by 10-15°C from actual values. This isn't the main concern here, but it's another reason to question the max temperature display.
I understand this can't reach such a level. It would have melted. I should have phrased it differently. Is this a typical issue with sensors? I haven't seen it before. I changed my system font to that on Windows 95 and have been using it ever since. It appears in some applications but not others. I used to like it then and now get used to it.
Referenced earlier by @RONOTHAN## HWMonitor is recognized for inaccurate readings. Try HWiNFO for verification. Fascinating design choice! Really engaging to read.
This seems completely normal. Thanks for the feedback. I hadn’t realized I was always keeping that machine running at full capacity. It’s surprising how much idle time it accumulates. I have both issues too, and I’m not sure why I let it run so consistently. Is Hwinfo less demanding in terms of resource use?
I'll pass, it would take too long to get used to at my current age. Thanks though! I enjoy Black Metal, but that style of font would be nearly impossible to read. Night for me, it's 2:30 AM here in Norway. Feel free to contact if you have more questions.
Yeah, I've heard that before. Can't read it. If I ever get to visit overseas, it's a tossup between there and Italy. The black metal history has me pulling that way, then family has me wanting Italy. Aside from the metal tho, Norway seems like a really cool place to live. It's a tough decision I'm certain I will have to make one day. Maybe I'll be lucky enough to do both. Thank you again, I will.
