Comparing the two chips will likely make a noticeable impact, especially with the higher-end specs. The 3600MHz CL18 offers better performance than the 3200MHz CL16 in many scenarios. At 10600kHz and 5GHz, the price gap of $5 is significant, so you'll want to weigh the benefits against the cost.

Looking at the design alone, which option appeals more to you—white MB RAM with a white heatsink or black RAM with a black heatsink? Just curious.

Well, I don’t really care too much about looks in this case. I won’t spend extra just for a perfect match. Likely it would be black.

It varies based on the remaining components. I wouldn't choose white with dark tones, and dark with white.

3200 CL16 and 3600 CL18 show identical latency. The 3600 model offers marginally greater bandwidth thanks to its higher frequency, but this difference is usually imperceptible in everyday use.

the colors are what really matter to me (that’s why I’m focused on using a white MB like Vision G while the rest stays black)

White and black combination actually looks great, right? For a nicer appearance, consider purchasing some black or white cable extensions—it's your choice.
