You received a prebuilt unit, but its RAM performance is lagging at 800MHz instead of the expected speed, and attempting to push it to 3200 MHz isn't successful.

XMP doesn't always function; some motherboards, even with a QVL, may not operate correctly. I recommend testing 3000 MHz or similar settings to determine compatibility.
