You're using an Asus H97--Pro with an i7-4770 CPU and 16GB DDR3 RAM. Only two of the four RAM slots are functional, while the A1 and A2 slots aren't responding. Need assistance troubleshooting.

This problem might stem from faulty RAM or damaged slots. 1) Clear the CMOS 2) Verify each stick in slot D1 separately to ensure all function correctly. 3) Look for screws that are too tight around the CPU and memory 4) Take out the CPU while checking the socket for bent pins 5) Put it back in with consistent pressure.

It supports dual 1600 MHz. Verify that all your RAM sticks are operating at that frequency.
