I just bought a Gigabyte A520M H to swap in for my old A320. I have two 8GB RAM modules, but the motherboard only recognizes one. I tested both RAMs on another fully functional PC and they worked fine. When I tried them in different slots, both booted up correctly. My PC only sees one slot and shows 8GB installed, even though there are two physical slots. In the BIOS I saw slot B1 listed as having 8GB, but A1 is empty. This is confusing. I'm using Windows 10 with a Ryzen 5 5600G and the built-in GPU. Any suggestions on what might be missing?
I intended to note in my request that the motherboard BIOS is the most recent version.
