It's clear you're frustrated with the situation. Trying to adjust things feels risky since you don't want to affect the hardware. Keep trying, but it's definitely confusing.

Updated! I took out one of the sticks, tried another one which didn’t help, then swapped them around and used just that one—now it works perfectly! Used XMP without manually setting it up; it performed well at 3200. Still unsure if the second stick is faulty or if both work together fine at 2400, but anything over that point doesn’t boot.

It remained steady at 1.1 on SOC and 1.35 on DRAM voltage using only one stick.

Consider rearranging the modules within the slots. The SPD might not work properly on some sticks, and it seems the board relies solely on a single SPD module.
