I bought two G-Skill Trident Z modules with 8GB each, totaling 16GB of memory. I recently ordered a matching DDR kit, but Windows 10 isn’t recognizing 32GB—it only sees 16GB. In my BIOS, all four sticks appear to be present. No clear solution found online; anyone have ideas?

Have you tested each stick individually to check their effectiveness separately? Do they appear in the system settings?

I also tried that. Just came back from work. Each stick functions independently and appears in the bios. The PC, however, limits it to two at once. Updated: I can view all four in HWMonitor, but it only displays 16GB in the Task Manager.

It might be a CPU problem. Try testing the RAM on another machine or a different CPU/MBOO.
