Ram locked at 2133 MHz?
I recently installed a new system and upgraded my RAM to a 32GB Trident ZX Neo AMD 3600 MHz CL16 board. Despite enabling XMP and setting the DRAM speed to 3600 MHz, it still runs at 2133 MHz.
Do you need information about the specifications or the board model?
Check the CPU and update the BIOS. Place them in slots 2 and 4. Set the SOC to 1.1 and DRAM to 1.35, then test 2933 using xmp/docp. If it boots, run memtest86 and/or OCCT for stability. Once stable, try 3200 with xmp/docp, followed by memtest86 and/or OCCT, and eventually 3600.
You're facing challenges with the FCLK and imc subpart. Let's adjust the soc to 1.15 and dram to 1.35. Then test with 2666 using xmp/docp. That should help clarify things. (Frequency)

I adjusted the RAM speed to 3200 MHz, which functioned properly. However, switching to 3330 MHz caused Windows to launch, but when playing a game it crashed.
