Hi, your cousin assembled your PC at the start of 2024, but you’re facing frequent BSODs during games and even basic tasks like office work. You suspect memory issues since you ran a recent RAM check with MemTest86. Your system uses Corsair DDR5 sticks (2x16GB) on an ASUS Prime B650M-K motherboard. You thought the RAM was compatible for Intel boards with XMP profiles, but confirmed it’s listed as supported. After trying both sticks and adjusting speeds in BIOS, the errors persisted—first at 4800MT/s, then 5200MT/s, and finally after switching to a different stick. The problem seems tied to the memory itself rather than compatibility. You’re looking for solutions despite lacking local support options.

It seems your memory module is defective and should be exchanged.

It's also suggested to opt for 6000MT CL30, particularly with Corsair.

It's possible both RAM sticks are defective. Testing them individually didn't catch the issue. Sharing the MemTest report with error details could definitely support a return claim.

There are some considerations I have regarding memory accuracy:
1. The card may struggle at high speeds like XMP/EXPO that your CPU can't handle (this doesn't apply to you—your 5200 is standard for a 7600X, and you also tried 4800).
2. Potential problems could come from the slot or memory channel.
3. Running memory in slots not suggested in the manual isn't recommended.
