Hey there, I see you're having an issue with your RAM speed. It sounds like your system is stuck at 2133MHz even though it supports 3200MHz. You mentioned using an Intel i5 12400F, 2x8GB Corsair 3200MHz DDR4, and Bequiet System Power 9.6kW. When you enable XMP profiles, the boot process fails and you're forced to reset BIOS to default. The RAM isn't actually damaged, but performance drops during demanding games. Could you double-check the RAM type and ensure it matches your motherboard specifications? Also, verify that XMP settings are correctly applied and not conflicting with BIOS defaults.

Check the placement of the RAM modules. Do they use a dual-channel setup? Is your motherboard's latest BIOS version active?

They occupy positions #2 and #4, operating in a dual channel setup. Regarding bios, I’m not entirely confident.

The specifications indicate your CPU and motherboard support 3200MHz. Consider updating the BIOS and test with a single stick to check XMP compatibility.

I was out of the loop recently, but I refreshed the bios today and turned on the XMP profile. It’s working now—thank you so much for your assistance! Have a wonderful day and good luck!
