Hello. I built a new computer and noticed my RAM wasn't at the expected 3200MHz. I captured a screenshot of the BIOS and task manager to confirm the issue. I updated the BIOS, installed the latest chipset and motherboard drivers. Can anyone help identify the problem?

Check the DRAM Settings section, where it indicates A-XMP is turned off. Activate it and choose Profile 2. Apply the changes and close the interface. Experience faster RAM performance!

From the task manager, it would display 1600. After running 3dmark firestrike, once completed, comparing online on the results page will show your speed.

I reviewed the manual for your motherboard and noticed the instructions on page 54 to perform those steps I mentioned. Enable A-XMP (AMD eXtreme Memory Profile) and pick a profile if it’s available.
Profile 2 is set to 3200MHz, so that’s the one to choose.
If you’re using Easy Mode, locate the circle in the A-XMP section between the Game Boost button and the CPU/DRAM speed display on page 42.
Good luck!

I might have mentioned the option before, but my memory keeps showing 1500MHz instead of the required 3200MHz. Is there a way to fix this? I've captured a screen capture of my CPU-Z to demonstrate that the memory issue persists.

The displayed RAM speed is 1599.1 Mhz. Since it's DDR, you need to double that value. 1599.1 multiplied by 2 equals 3198.2 Mhz.
