There’s no assurance it will function. I’d describe the optimal situation as 3600MHz C18 with no timing adjustments needed.

Their capacities should be adequate as long as they don’t exceed dual rank dimms (DIMMs aren’t recommended). However, there’s no assurance they’ll function properly—even for the same model unless it matches the exact kit. You might need to reduce frequency, depending on whether your IMC is close to its limit.
