I only locate 1x8 pieces. It seems websites no longer offer 1x4. You might want to check someone selling them directly.

Yes, there’s no need to leave a trace with those four 4GB sticks either. They might seem like a waste, but a 2x4 kit could be more practical.

Here, the 2.4ghz or 2400mhz setting might correspond to a Jedec profile instead of an XMP profile. Most devices support multiple Jedec profiles, and the board will provide 2133mhz regardless. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/corsair-ven...lsrc=aw.ds
