I'm facing an issue with my first computer build. The DRAM debug light comes on right after turning on the machine, and the RAM seems loose inside its slot. I've followed the instructions from the provided links, but the problem persists—even when securing the pins properly, the RAM can be moved easily and sometimes slides out with minimal effort. Is this a hardware fault or something I'm doing incorrectly?

Did you apply sufficient pressure to hear the clips click into the memory stick? For someone just starting out, the effort required might seem excessive, but that's typical.

Absolutely, it was the issue. I thought I was a total mess, but everything is now functioning properly. Thanks a lot!
