That's just the way it is.
The combined RAM speed comes from the two separate sticks.
For instance: I'm using DDR3 1866.
In hwmonitor and cpuz, my RAM speed is 933mhz.
Don't worry about it, it's just how things function.

That's exactly how it is.
The RAM speed is merged from the two separate sticks.
For instance: I'm using DDR3 1866.
In hwmonitor and cpuz, my RAM speed is 933mhz.
Don't worry about it, it's just how things function.
