You've recently acquired a Ryzen 5 2600x system paired with an ROG Strix B450-F motherboard and 16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM. Despite enabling the default DOCP (XMP) profile which correctly sets timings and voltage, your RAM isn't reaching the advertised 3200MHz. The maximum you've achieved is 2800MHz. The RAM timings are listed as 16-18-18-36. You've adjusted the voltage to 1.35V, 1.4V, and even the board's chipset voltage to 1.1V without success. After updating the motherboard BIOS, you're still facing this issue. Could someone provide guidance on resolving this?

Switch Ai overclocktuner to manual mode instead of DOCP. Navigate to the "Tool" tab, select SPD, and review the timings. Return to Ai tweaker, adjust frequency to 3200mhz, set voltage to 1.35v, and configure timings manually based on SPD guidelines.

Ensure you're using the most recent bios. Performance isn't assured if your memory kit isn't the QVL version.

it is for a shit 3200 kit thats only validated on intel ( 16-18-18-36) is the cheap stuff.

3200 - Op could focus on configuring main timings: 16-18-18-36, 1.35v, with the rest operating automatically.

Motherboards favor specific channels. They often check the preferred one first; if nothing is there, they skip to the next channel.
