Here are your details rephrased:
I’m using an ASUS Prime B450M-A CSM, a Ryzen 3600, AMD 5700X, and Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz. The power supply is rated for 750W gold. My issue is that the RAM isn’t functioning at the correct speed. When I turn on DOCP in BIOS it won’t boot, so I have to revert it back. If I set it manually to 3200 and adjust voltage, it still doesn’t start. I’ve managed to set the frequency to 2800 but experience blue screens now, which seems related. I discovered the Ryzen Drm Calculator and thought I’d try it, but when I search for my chip type in Tayphoon Burner or RAM Manager it just returns “die” with no further info. The BIOS is up to date, yet nothing changes.

They are either 2-4 or 1-3 I dont think it matters as long as there is one space between them.

ASUS recommends this configuration. Did you adjust the clock speeds manually?

Adjust the BIOS parameters to version 1.1 with DRAM set at 1.35. Configure the system speed to 3200 MHz. Run memtest86 and OCCT to ensure stability.
