Ram DOCP issue
Ram DOCP issue
So... my motherboard supports 3600mhz DOCP.
Occasionally I get a boot, other times I end up with a black screen and two system restarts into BIOS. The BIOS is fully updated, but I'm unsure if it's a compatibility problem or if I need to supply more voltage. The DOCP is running at 1.35 volts, while the stock is 1.25. My exact memory isn't listed in this list, and since my motherboard is an older model, the only difference between my RAM and the ones supported for 3600mhz 32GB with DOCP is the release date (CMD8GX4M2B3600C18 Ver4.24). The only exception is the 2B slot—my board has 2D instead of 2B, which is because it's a newer variant. I'd prefer the 3600 option, but it still works well at 3400hz.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

BIOS version 5404 is installed?
Try setting it up manually.
Which CPU is it? For the first-gen Ryzen, the QVL indicates the RAM CMD8GX4M2B3600C18 will operate stably at 3200MHz, and the second-gen Ryzen as well. The third-gen should run at 3600MHz.
Which RAM model are you using exactly?
Couldn't locate CMD8GX4M.
