It seems the issue might be related to the BIOS rather than the RAM. The board may come with outdated BIOS that doesn't support your CPU. Check if it supports your CPU and consider updating the BIOS if necessary.

Disconnect CMOS and reattach all pins. Give sufficient time after installation for memory practice (at least 3 minutes).

The initial info from MSI says the 5800X works with BIOS version 7C95vH0. This is the official release BIOS for the board. @svmlegacy added +1, and you might want to delay resetting the pin by a minute after powering it on to check if the debug light changes.

The system does retain BIOS information. I've attempted this three times, but the DRAM indicator continues to stay illuminated even after the BIOS flashback light stops.

I attempted to reset the CMOS and then reinsert all components. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes, no changes occurred.

I attempted to reset it by shorting the switch in the same manner as before, but the issue persisted. The indicator remained active and the power supply fan continued to run.
