Checking my RAM information: it's a dual DDR3 SDRAM with a 128-bit data width. The DRAM-to-FSRB ratio is 20:3, and the real clock runs at 662 MHz while the effective clock is 1324 MHz. Bandwidth is around 21,191 MB/s. This data came from AIDA64.

Save CPU-Z. In the 'SPD' section you can pick a 'slot' and then view the details of the memory (for me), such as its manufacturer. If the label doesn't mention a brand, it's very likely just generic OEM RAM from Samsung, Micron or SK Hynix.
