Keep a little cash aside. 32 works, 64 is too much, and 128 doesn’t make sense.

Feel free to purchase 128GB of RAM if you wish. If you're curious about how many times you can keep pressing Ctrl + T in Google Chrome before performance drops... go ahead. You can choose any solid motherboard for AMD Ryzen from the listed tiers. MSI Tomahawks are also a solid option. I check reviews, features, and brand reliability on PC Part Picker to determine quality, customer support, and warranty duration.
