Ram 3200 ddr4
your tforce ddr4 3200 is built to handle the 2600 speed in bios, so upgrading to 3200 should be fine. just make sure the components are compatible and the system boots correctly after the change.
When XMP sets it to 2600, you don't need to heavily modify it for longevity.
It's set to run at 3200 and I haven't enabled XMP yet, but the motherboard indicates it's compatible with that speed.
It's secure to set it at 3200 since it was constructed that way.
It's rated for 3200, so it's okay to run it at that speed unless other parts can't handle it. If everything else stays the same except frequency, speeding it up probably won't shorten its life much. But don't worry too much about it. Most RAM models come with a lifetime warranty.
People often boost their RAM beyond the recommended XMP settings. These adjustments can be secure.
