It relies on the price gap. If the difference isn't significant, it's fine. Based on my own observations, it does create a minor impact (I initially considered suggesting the 3200 but then recognized it's a h670).

Taking into account the delay, I believe the performance difference isn't substantial, so I'd opt for the more affordable option.
