The motherboard supports up to 2133 MHz for RAM, so installing 3000 MHz is not compatible.

plus, if your RAM has a greater CAS Latency, it will operate at that level (though I believe it could be reduced to align with the memory; your RAM should already meet the DDR4-2133 requirements)
