I purchased the regular version of Rainbow Six Siege, but I realized I need 25,000 Renown to access operators. I assumed it would be 12,500, but my Steam receipt confirms it was the regular edition.
The typical cost for an operator is 12,500 with the regular version. For the starter edition, you must pay 25,000 for an operator. You already have the regular edition but still need to cover the 25,000 for an operator.
These DLC items are available across all game versions, either individually or as a season pass. Previously, the regular edition offered 20 operators for a lower price, but now all 20 are included at no extra cost, along with weapon attachments. In the starter version, you receive only 6 of them (down from 4) and the remaining 14 operators each cost 12,500. Acquiring all 20 standard operators indicates you own the regular edition.
