It wasn't too bad. Just if you're exceptionally skilled or have a strong team, they might not come up to you. Silver ranks 3 and below didn't cause any issues for me. I saw a few Smurf characters but that's about it. I reached gold rank 4 once as the top level, but I haven't encountered any hackers in my experience.
