Did you see any of the videos? They should have clarified what it means. RAID stands for redundant array of independent disks. It’s a method of combining disks to achieve different performance levels depending on the chosen raid setting. You can link two disks together to boost speed (but risk losing data if one fails) or duplicate data across two drives for extra safety (though not a true backup). Using more than two disks can improve both speed and reliability, but it’s not necessary for your setup.
