Interested in exploring water cooling for your parts? I'm having trouble figuring out the right radiator size to maintain optimal temperatures. You've got an FX-8370 OC'D to 4.9 GHz and a Ref Zotac 980 Ti with a moderate core OC of 1415 MHz, which will increase heat output when water cooling is applied. Any advice or guidance would be really helpful.

One 360mm unit would be sufficient.

A dense rad with a larger FPI offers greater surface area, which improves cooling when space allows.

360 will work, but the focus should be on weight. I own a 120mm radiator with about 1kg empty. It cooled my CPU and GPU without issues. It's heavier than most AIO coolers and also more costly.
