That was the voltage and memory clock. The interesting part is I can increase my memory clock, but other things don't change.

Is resetting the BIOS ineffective? If that's the case, then I have no idea what else to try.

So I finally figured it out. After upgrading to a new 6700k, the OC began to function. I'm not sure if it's the CPU or the memory, but my main guess would be a problem with the GPU linking to the CPU via the GPU.

I experienced a very similar issue with my R9 Fury Sapphire Nitro. Even though you must have found a good solution earlier, I thought it worth sharing my experience. Initially, I used MSI Afterburner as my main overclocking tool, but after learning that Sapphires Trixx was more effective for this card, I installed it too. However, everything I did in Afterburner affected Trixx, but not the reverse. After several uninstall and reinstall cycles of both programs, I found that running them together worked best. For my setup, MSI Afterburner is my primary tool, while Trixx is just for overclocking HBM. It seems they complement each other. Odd, but it helps someone with a Fury out there.
