I have a sapphire R9 Fury that I attempted to overclock to 1125 Mhz with +18mV and a power limit of +20%. My i7-4790k remains untouched. The problem arises when trying to play Witcher 3, where I experience stable frame rates of 60-65 but then the screen goes black abruptly, preventing me from continuing or accessing the desktop. There is no stuttering before the blackout, and it occurs randomly, not just during action scenes. Could this be linked to the overclock? Also, are these configurations appropriate? This is my first overclocking attempt, so I'm unsure how much voltage or power increase is safe.

you can increase the voltage further, even +30 is acceptable. this is probably the cause of the crash, so yes, you could either lower the clocks or boost the voltage. those values look reasonable. the card doesn't appear to be an extreme overclocker.
