It shows a 10% boost in productivity for auto versus 4.35 with all cores, but just 5% in gaming.

I'm using a 3900x on an X370 gaming pro carbon board. My settings are OC per ccx at 44, 44, 43.50, 43.50 with no PBO and 1000W on the AMD overclocking preset for a voltage of 1.36V with an -100mV offset. It's set to LLC level 3, Lvl 1. On Cine 20 Stock I'm seeing around 7300.

Great job, I’ve completed what you asked for. I added it to the CCX list instead of the CCC, and I reached 7779 on my first Cinebench. Not sure what the settings do, but it helped improve performance, so thanks!
