My CPU runs at stock speeds, but I've overclocked it to +140MHz clock and +152MHz memory. After tuning voltage and power, I tested it on various games and the performance was decent.

When gaming your CPU reaches 100% and GPU usage stays below 99%, it might still be a bottleneck. However, the impact of GPU overclocking won't be significant in my setup with a 750ti OC, 300MHz clock, and 1200 memory, which only gives a few extra frames per second.
