I'm adjusting R9 280X overclocking with VBE7. The issue is that Gigabyte restricts voltage changes via Afterburner, so I'm using the third default profile and the fourth boost profile. I need to know when these profiles switch. Currently, the GPU only locks onto the boosted one in games and benchmarks well. I want to use the third profile to avoid extra heat and voltage issues.

If you view a hardware-accelerated video on YouTube in HD, it will transition to a different profile. When the card isn't in use, it should lower its speed during idle time.
