The reason for the budget was to purchase this R7 250. I attended a game debate and compared it to the GTX 650, finding it only 5% worse. Is that accurate? Is the R7 250 a solid choice at its price point? Could you suggest some games suitable for this card with an investment of 8GB DDR3? I mainly play older titles like LoL, Noire, and Resident Evil 6, mostly from 2011-2013. Are those games compatible with high-ultra settings? I’ll be using a 4:3 monitor at 1280x1024 initially, then upgrading to 1600x900 later. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

oh yeah if i buy a 21 inch monitor and i play games on lower resolution like 1366x768 will picture be over whole monitor or it wont be
