I think you might want to check it out. It could be cool to see how Siege turns into a team-focused eSports title. My friend has Siege and he might enjoy playing with me, even if he isn’t a big fan of the game.
I’ve spent over 1300 hours across all my CSGO accounts and about 36 hours in R6 Siege. I actually like Rainbow 6 Siege more because it’s less crowded and feels more like real players. The ranking system, though, seems broken—like jumping from gold 4 to copper 4 just by playing for fun while still earning around 8k per game. That’s pretty unfair!
That's the main obstacle for me. I'll handle it on G2A or another platform when the price falls to $40 or $35.
Being completely honest is kinda frustrating. CS has its issues with hackers, smurfs, and parasites overall. Rainbow 6 feels a bit stiff, the gun sounds aren’t really memorable, and only a handful of the operators stand out. Just watch someone first and you’re likely to get hurt unless you’re really good at it. Still, Rainbow 6 can be enjoyable with friends, while CS is better when you’re in a solid game.
