I possess a solid stash of steam credits and was curious about Rainbow Six Siege. Since I enjoy CSGO and its competitive side, I’m looking for that same thrilling, high-stakes experience in Siege. Playing the early stages didn’t fully satisfy me—it felt repetitive. Does it still feel that way? Anyone have recommendations on whether to try it?

I own 200 hours of playtime. I spent 357 hours in CS:GO, but I favor it over that game. In my view, it's essentially the same title with updated graphics and overall more enjoyable gameplay. Server problems are resolved, and developers have rolled out several positive updates, including new content. It's a game you consistently find engaging.

It's essentially a tight space battle with gameplay that mirrors the BF series, similar to CSGO, but with a more abrupt and fragmented feel.

CSGO tends to be more choppy compared to Siege.

I’ve spent countless hours mastering BF3, BF4, and BFH. A bit over a thousand in those games, plus around 200 in BC2, 100 in Vietnam, and another 100 in BF1942. I really enjoy the series, but I wouldn’t recommend BF4 for serious competitive play.

I like it, links can sometimes be tough. For game strategies and ranked play, it's quite enjoyable. I'm not sure about its performance in upcoming competitions next month though—lol...

Probably they intended to say the battlefields changed after the server tick rates were updated.
