The latest update in r6 only allows dx12, but I’m not seeing high GPU utilization above 40% or good CPU performance anymore. Previously, dx11 gave me around 170 FPS, but now it drops to about 50 FPS.

Sharing this for others facing the same issue. The only steps I needed were deleting dx12 cash from disk cleanup and updating the shader cache in the NVIDIA control panel to unlimited settings. Now I’m seeing 250 fps occasionally. It was a long search, but I hope it assists someone else.

Dislike Ubisoft. Same issue recurring, previous solution isn't effective anymore.
