Hey, I faced issues trying to push my R5 7600X beyond its stock boost limit. It failed the single OC test instantly. I also experimented with PBO curve optimizer settings but only got -10 and experienced instability. After a manual OC at 1.24V @ 5.4GHz, the system crashed right after starting in OC. From my experience, PCH temperature plays a big role in OC success—once core voltage hits around 1.27V, the PCH will likely rise to 120°C and shut down. If you go below 1.2V, the boot logo won’t appear at all. Currently I’m using 1.24V @ 5.2GHz and everything works. This sounds like a typical problem tied to thermal limits. Any tips or solutions? Also, your setup looks solid—Deepcool AG620 seems fine.

Have you explored PBO without any curve optimization?

It seems little room for customization in a 7600, particularly if a -10 undervoltage causes failure, meaning you're stuck with the silicon outcome.

I also attempted it. The crash happens immediately during the test.

It seems there was an issue. Could you clarify what you'd like me to do?

Checked a video by Der8auer about testing 5600X CPUs, using around 30 units. He noticed notable performance variations, reaching up to 15%. This might be due to the use of lower-quality silicon chips in that series, similar to what happened with the 5500s made from rejected 5600 silicon. It seems comparable for the 7600s as well.

That would indeed be 7500F.

It could be a slightly improved 7500F model that just reached the minimum requirement of 7600X.

You're absolutely correct. The auto voltage at 5.3 GHz is still not meeting the requirements.
