Hello, welcome! I'm just getting started with overclocking and have some questions. My Ryzen 5 3600 was boosted to 4.5GHz all cores at 1.256v according to Ryzen Master and HW info. I ran it through AIDA64 stability testing for two hours, and everything worked fine. Are my results safe for regular use? Can I keep running it at this voltage every day? Also, I'm using a Gigabyte B450 gaming motherboard with this CPU.

At maximum capacity it reaches approximately 65-70°C, which should be fine. Thanks.
