R5 3600 OR I5 9600K
a 330-350$ RX5700 partner card is same tier out of the box, and can have vbios flashed then with safe and mild overclock in Global Wattman reaches near 2070S performance, matches stock 5700XT performance. If you like tinkering its way more fun, and a better value. I'd only get a 2060S if streaming is big concern, both cards can do it but usually one finds less issues running with Nvidea, AMD needs to catch up in that regard. If you are new to tinkering but still interested in learning i'd recommend this model, since it runs way cooler then reference 5700 and has duel bios and, so if you screw up and don't have intigrated graphics to easily fix it you aren't screwed. https://www.newegg.com/powercolor-radeon...6814131756
5700xt performs about 7% better than the 2060 super. At the same cost, it's a clear choice unless your chosen game struggles on AMD.
