Hey, I’m looking into the best overclock settings for my Ryzen 5 3600 with the included Wraith Stealth cooler. Honestly, the boost won’t be huge, but I want to know if using the stock cooler would still give me decent performance. What kind of gains can I realistically expect? Any tips would be super helpful!

To clarify your intent, OCing Ryzen isn't a good idea overall. What are you trying to achieve? It's tricky and offers limited flexibility, and without proper research you risk harming the silicone inside your CPU. For cooling, stock coolers aren't suitable for any overclocking attempts. You should consider buying an aftermarket solution.

This build is mainly for gaming, though I occasionally use Photoshop. I’m sure I’ll upgrade my cooler later, but due to pandemic-related supply and price problems I’m holding off now. Also, I’m running an X570 motherboard.

It doesn't really matter much. A larger cooler could speed up your CPU a bit, but it mostly depends on the manufacturing process and your setup. It might help in some cases or not at all.
