Update BIOS to version 2.random, restart system, and encounter issues connecting to DDR4 3600 memory.

Random restarts probably stem from an inactive XMP profile. I experienced this with my Asus motherboard, so I slightly adjusted the Trfc timing and haven't rebooted since. I also heard the MSI B450 Tomahawk works well, though I haven<|pad|> can't try it myself.
