The stock cooler should suffice for a 3.7-3.8GHz overclock, as you probably won’t need to increase core voltage. Most Ryzen processors reach their limits around 3.9-4.0GHz, so going beyond that offers little benefit unless you’re just looking for fun.

It's unlikely to exceed 3.9Ghz on most Ryzen processors, and you can reach that speed using the built-in cooler. Be patient—this isn't Facebook Messenger...
