Hello, i've just noticed my cpu is sitting at about 80c idle. I've already applied new thermal paste, and swapped my fans for higher rpm ones. I'm using a msi coreliquid 360 v2. I haven't got a idea why it's this hot. Anyone have any ideas?

It appears quite warm here. The MSI Coreliquid 360R v2 you own could be part of a recall from MSI due to problems with the AIOs getting blocked in the R series models. When the CPU runs at idle at 80°C, check if you can feel any warmth coming from the tubes near the pump. If not, it suggests no water flow and possible blockages in the pump or loop. See if your AIO is listed on MSI’s recall registry.

One tube is warm while the other seems cooler. I looked on the msi website, but my cooler isn’t listed for recall. I still reached out to msi about the problem.
