For this budget, you'll have to stick with used graphics cards. You should be able to find something around an RX 570 or RX 580 that works well, though because the used market varies a lot, you might get a better option like a GTX 1080 or even a GTX 960.

Really, that’s a poor choice for a high-end graphics card. I wouldn’t pair it with a GTX 1080 or RX 580.
