The problem lies in the fact that I own x2 G. SKILL Ripjaws V 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3600 Memory kits, but none of them function on an Asus X570 Prime board and both are marked as compatible on the QVL page. I've tested various configurations: 1 stick, 2 sticks, 3 sticks, 4 sticks. I also checked for BIOS updates, cleaned the gold fingers, and used a multimeter to rule out shorts. The device still shows no image, it needs to be powered off by holding the power button, and loads Windows without an image. Interestingly, it runs a 4GB 2400MHz kit that's listed as fine on QVL. I recently got a new Asus X570-F and expect similar results unless there are other changes. This is unusual for the X570, especially after upgrading from a 5960X Intel build—please let me know if you need further guidance.

Have you attempted to reset the CMOS? It should have done so by updating the BIOS, but it might be worth trying. I experienced an issue with another desktop build where the RAM was displaying CPU/RAM error codes during POST. After reseating and changing slots, nothing improved. I swapped modules with a different configuration, then reinstalled the first set, and they functioned correctly again without any problems now.

Thanks for your assistance, but I've already tried that as well. I don't believe the memory is gone since using single sticks would require all four to fail. Appreciate the support!

It might be due to the RAM not being compatible with the CPU. The QVL page for the 3950X doesn’t show it, and you haven’t resolved the problem yet.

I reviewed your boards in the QVL for Zen 2 but noticed it wasn’t listed for Zen 3—it seemed off. I also didn’t check the G.Skills QVL. After purchasing my G.Skill kits, I made sure they appeared on my mobos QVL for the 3000 and 5000 series, then verified the G.Skills site to confirm my board was listed before buying, just to avoid any hassle.

It's not on the 3rd generation list, but your photo shows it there. The specs match what you described: GSKill F4-3600C16D-32GVKC, 3600MHz, 2400MHz kit, NVME 1TB, ASUS P X570, 3090 FTW3. Thanks for clarifying! Your situation with 3D printing prosthetics is tough—let’s find a solution together.

It's a nice setup, that's for sure. I'm really hoping she comes back soon! I meant to say it wasn't on the Zen 3 list—it was actually for the Ryzen 5000 series, not the 3000. Do you have an older graphics card you could use? I ended up using a very old one because my board would start up a few times when I pushed the overclock too hard.

Hey, I just wanted to send back the memory for a refund. For the 3950X on an X570 board, do you need 16GB DDR4 at 3600MHz or higher? I’m looking for the quickest memory kit possible. Also, what’s the best X570 motherboard that supports DDR4? Thanks for your help—I’m not sure where to find someone running a high-end setup on YouTube.

The kit you mentioned isn't listed for the RYZEN 3950x, which could cause compatibility problems. This might be why you're facing issues. It's understandable if it feels challenging!

The kit looks great and includes B-Die modules, which means you'll face minimal problems.
