It’s a BN618 model, functioning well for two years. I attempted to reach support quietly, but they haven’t replied in a month. The situation with VID3.mp4 is as follows: when trying to activate my PC that was in sleep mode, it didn’t respond. After several tests and eliminating other causes, the problem turned out to be related to the power supply. When I tried to start the system again, the power supply produced blue sparks and a clicking noise. Now it won’t turn on at all, only making that sound when attempting to boot up.
