Hey there, I just adjusted the BIOS settings and found some options I hadn’t noticed before. I turned off Fast Boot and Intel Rapid Start Technology because I wasn’t sure what they did. Could you explain what each one does? I’d like to know if I should keep them enabled or leave them off. I want my computer to start quickly without any issues! Thanks a lot!

It mentions compatibility with SSD, but I have an HDD. Will it function for me and what might be the downsides?

The main drawback of quick startup is that it's extremely rapid, often preventing access to BIOS/UEFI settings unless you force a reset to the standard configuration.
